It will be best to know the approximate volume of your materials, the topic, deadline, and any particular requirements for the formatting and design. Based on this information, we will try to provide you with a preliminary price quote and completion dates. The more details you provide, the more exactly we can provide estimates of price and completion.
2. What languages do you work with?
We guarantee that we will find a specialist for you who knows the required language and the topic of your translation. We do not strive to be overambitious, but when we work, we do so at the highest level of excellence.
3. How do you calculate the final cost of an order?
An order is calculated based on the “incoming volume”. For example, using the “Review/Statistics” option in Microsoft Word, we count the number of symbols (including spaces), divide that number by 1,800 (the amount on a typical A4-size typewritten page). As a result, we have the volume of work. Then, we multiply this amount by the base price, taking into account any additional requirements and discounts, and the final price of the translation is ready. No complications at all!
4. What is a “typical A4-size typewritten page”?
This is the commonly accepted unit of measure for the volume of a text, expressed in printed characters. We measure it at 1,800 printed characters including spaces. For example, if a text has 18,000 characters, then that is 10 relative A4-sized typewritten pages, regardless of how many real (“paper”) pages the text occupies. Often, one “paper” page with a small, compact font (for example, Tahoma 9pt) and single-spaced lines, is reduced to four standard A4-sized pages.
5. How do I pay for an order?
An order (once a contract has been signed and confirmation received by the client to begin working on the order) is paid by any means suitable for the client. We work on the full trust in our clients. It is possible to pay after the completion of work and the confirmation of receipt has been signed. Large-volume orders are completed in stages, and payment to translators and others responsible for the order is also done in stages. Pre-payment is usually required for urgent and difficult orders which cannot be completed in stages.
6. Do you offer discounts?
We offer a discount system based on volume (the greater the volume, the lower the cost). We also offer individual discounts and special conditions for regular clients.
7. It is possible to find translation services that cost less than many translation agencies. Why is that?
The phenomenon of selling services for lower than the cost of labor has always been present in this segment of the services market. You can learn more from our managers by telephone:

8. Do you conduct a test translation?
Of course! Furthermore, we have several different translators work on the same text in order for the client to choose a translator(s) that best matches their needs. A test translation of one page is free.
