Rates & Pricing

Each translation is unique. The cost of a translation is based on several factors including the volume of work, desired deadlines, the topic of the translation, the language pair, the client’s formatting and layout requirements, whether or not printing is required, and many other factors.

An individual approach to every client, a reasonable price, minimum completion time, and stable quality is what forms the basis of reliable performance. Therefore, we do not hire low-price and unqualified translators. A lower price for our company’s services will only occur with an increase in the volume of work and the optimization of the production process.

The table below shows prices for written translations.
The price of a translation does not depend on the direction of the translation (translating from Russian into another language or from that language into Russian is calculated the same)
The cost of a translation is indicated in Euros (including all taxes) for one word (250 words per one rated page).

* «Standard» Rate: Translation by professional translator. This rate is for those situations when the priority is speed and low cost.

** «Individual» rate: Translation by professional translator + proof-reading and editing by professional editor. This rate is recommended for translations of especially important documentation and texts.

*** «Business» rate: Field specific translation by professional translator with proof-reading, academic editing, and additional proof-reading. This rate is recommended for translations that are to be published.

Layout and formatting services	Price, Euro
Processing of coded images (image in bitmap format (jpeg, gif, png, tif,), imbedded in a text in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PDF, an image with one or more elements requiring substitution. One physical page of a text file may contain more than 1 coded image.	7 per image
Moderate difficulty of layout: bitmap or vector format (ai, cdr, pdf, idd, eps), including text blocks for substitution. This type of layout involves formatting the text for visual adaption of the original draft in the translated language.	9 per page
Nonstandard and complex work in layout or formatting the original draft of the document, including: layout of documents with complex drafts (containing a large number of text blocks, etc.); processing of coded images with a large amount of text blocks (more than 10), non-homogenous background, nonstandard text pattern and placement, etc.; map processing; blueprint layout (including AutoCAD blueprints); prepress treatment of drafts; nonstandard and complex formatting of files in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, including after translation using CAT-programs; other nonstandard work	15 per hour

We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss different pricing and work options and to offer the one which corresponds most to your needs. If you have a long-term project, our company will assign you a personal manager who will oversee all the stages of your project.

We understand that many different translators and translation agencies exist from which to choose. You can find an agency from recommendations, through advertisements or at exhibitions/conferences, find them on the internet, etc., or, at the very least, give your document to a private translator. All these options have many nuances and potential traps. Even if you receive a better offer on translation prices than ours, we can consult you on the possible issues and risks which you may not have known or could not have known, but which deserve your attention before you make a final decision on which company to sign a contract with for linguistic services. Our consultations are free, and the choice remains exclusively yours. If another offer is more agreeable for you, we will be sincerely happy about your choice.
