Who we are
Bauman Moscow State Technological University Translations Center of Scientific and Business Papers was founded in 1992. Its main activity of scientific papers and the accompanying business documentation. In 2013 our center underwent restructuring with the creation of several legal entities.
Bauman MSTU Translations Center offers the services of specialists with various expertise who are graduates of almost every famous Moscow and Russian university. All our translators have two degrees: a base degree in a technical / legal / economic / medical discipline, and a secondary degree in linguistics. Our employees include a large number of professional translators with many years of working experience in the banking, legal, automobile, construction, oil and gas, as well as other industries.
Most of our translators work part-time. We draw from an extensive bank of experienced part-time translators of the common world languages in various fields with whom we have worked for many years and who have shown themselves to be reliable, seasoned professionals.
By the beginning of 2021, our company had completed over 203,000 orders of varying volumes. Our company performs translations from practically every language in the world into Russian and from Russian into those languages. We engage in long-term cooperation in which we provide multi-lingual support for the work of corporate clients. As a leading company in the translation industry, we use Computer Aided Translation Systems (CATS) which ensure the high-quality and terminology consistency and significantly shorten the amount of time spent on projects. These programs are built on translation memory technology, but this is not machine translation. The central goal of Bauman MSTU Translations Center of Scientific and Business Papers is the continuous assurance of quality and the accessibility of our services for all types of clients.
Besides our linguistic services (translation and interpretation, notarization, apostille/legalization of documents), we offer other services connected with preparing various types of documents (composition, prepress treatment), we transcribe and translate audio and video sources, and distribute printed, electronic, audio, and video materials. We also offer services for the multilingual support of websites, as well as the localization and globalization of software and the writing of technical documentation.
Given our considerable experience with projects of different levels of complexity, our company can complete any task given to us by our clients: Our partners and clients are hundreds of Russian and foreign organizations, as well as thousands of Russian and foreign citizens.
